Complete website design and development as per the attached “SRS DOC WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN BY CLIENT” MATLABINFOTECH will begin the development of project only after receiving a down payment of 25% of agreed price as well as the necessary content to begin the website development. MATLABINFOTECH will complete the development of the website according to SRS document file but in case of time extension need both party will be take mutual agreement and increase the time. MATLABINFOTECH will not be held responsible for production delays resulting from hosting company problems, technical problems, or client delays.
We are creating a confidential relationship between MATLABINFOTECH and Client. Information concerning MATLABINFOTECH’s and/or Client business affairs, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, employees, documentation, and other such information whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. MATLABINFOTECH, Client and employees of both will adhere fully to this confidentiality agreement.
Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs and assigns of the parties and shall be governed by and interpreted according to the International business laws.
Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and there is no other agreement, oral or written, between them, and that this agreement may not be modified without an agreement in writing signed by the party to be charged. This contract is in effect until written notification of termination from either party.
All notices or other documents under the agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally or fax received, or mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to MATLABINFOTECH and Client at their last known addresses.
MATLABINFOTECH’s single point of contact will be (career@matlabinfotech.com) All correspondence sent from other employees of the companies will be ignored and forwarded to the respective single point of contact. If no single point of contact available due to any reasoned then a new single point of contact would be assigned in writing immediately.
Changes management helps us to understand both the parties to create a strong bond to complete the project successfully and assist both the parties to follow certain norms likely, Timeline and cost will be vary based on the modification and timely feedback from client side. Project will be on hold if there is a communication break more than 5 days on the client side. Then the project will be rescheduled if once the client comes back.
Both MATLABINFOTECH and Client agree to non- competition regarding their respective customers. Neither company will attempt to take any customers from the other company for any reason whatsoever. Any client information will be kept confidential between the companies and will be used for the sole purpose of performing the contractual services as here in defined in this document.
Client will retain all source files including their copyrights. No royalty fees will need to be paid to MATLABINFOTECH for their use.
Client is responsible for supplying all needed content to MATLABINFOTECH by Mutually Agreed upon Date. If Client does not supply the content, then the contract agreement between Client and MATLABINFOTECH will become void.
Payment Terms will be as per SRS document given with the agreement.
