Job responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of MS Office and job portals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
0–1 year (freshers can apply)
Location & work mode
Surat, Gujarat. Work From Office (WFO). This role is strictly office-based. Remote work and relocation will not be considered.
